In the jaded town of New Viras City, alien invasions are old news and mutant power struggles are passé. Amid this cynicism, a new breed of superhero has arisen: The New Crew! 100% poll driven, market tested, and focus group approved.
In the shadow of these beloved celebrities, a solo superheroine named Virtue toils away in obscurity. When the self-proclaimed "Indignant Bomber" targets New Viras City, both Virtue and the New Crew set out to bring him to justice. However, when the rival heroes cross paths, all they get for their efforts is disaster. Suddenly, with the city ablaze and a bomber at large, the New Crew finds itself trapped in a public relations nightmare...
